Happy Labor Day! I am taking a break from school work, but hoping to labor at some writing, which is my favorite thing to do on a day "off."
Although I'm happy to have a vacation day (who isn't?), I'm also grateful to have a job I love that affords me the freedom to do another job I love. This week, I'm particularly grateful to live in a place where hurricanes and tropical storms tend to be more nuisance than threat, and especially grateful for the family and friends who make life much more interesting.
Wishing you a wonderful day, spent with people who make you laugh, where leisure and gratitudes come easily.
