Saturday Special: 3 Ways to Optimize Your To-Do List

Since I started this post late because I was tackling some important items that had drifted to the bottom of my to-do list, I thought I'd go for the irony and post this particular article as today's Saturday Special. In the spirit of efficient to-do lists, the article has only three bullet points (#3 happens to be my favorite).

I am always looking for ways to build a better to-do list, and though I've hit on some things that work for me, one size doesn't fit all in to-do lists any more than it does in organizing. How do you optimize your to-do lists?
