Friday Feature: Taking Care of You
When we get stressed or overwhelmed, self-care can be one of those things. We eat poorly, we sleep poorly and we neglect the downtime we need to keep us going. And, if we're failing to do these basic things at home, it's unlikely that we're taking care of ourselves at work.
